The Neural Archives Foundation (NAF)
The Neural Archives Foundation is a non-profit organisation set up to preserve neural (brain) tissue and to fund and promote high quality research into the following areas:
- Long-term archival methods for neural tissues
- Extraction of preserved information from archived neural tissues
The principal objectives of the organisation are:
- To provide information about preservation of neural information for the public benefit and not for particular businesses
- To advance the practice of preservation of neural information
- To provide a not for profit body to which members of the public can make donations for the furtherance of research on the preservation of neural information
